Ooh, this is actually kinda a neat thing, because you can think of it as a checklist:
Who: Main character(s)
Why: Character goal or desire (stated)
Why: Character need (implied)
When: Inciting Incident
What: Means (that achieves the goal/need)
Where: Place A >> Place B
How: The Plan
Obstacle(s): antagonist or challenge
For example:
Who: Bilbo Baggins, a respectable hobbit of Hobbiton
Why: Treasure, wealth (stated)
Why: Adventure, self-respect (implied)
When: After supper
What: Quest
Where: Hobbiton >> The Lonely Mountain
How: A company of dwarves, a wizard, and an ancient map and key
Main antagonist(s): a dragon
Thus, in less than 100 words:
Bilbo Baggins is a respectable hobbit in Hobbiton, never making any trouble or having any adventures. But when a wizard and a company of dwarves invite themselves to dinner, Bilbo finds himself joining their quest from the shires of Hobbiton to the legendary Lonely Mountain, the home of a long lost treasure, and quite, possibly, a dragon.

The Anatomy of Story by John Truby is a really good book by the by, if anyone’s interested in this sort of thing.
this is my cursed jug i have that bleeds when you pour water in it.
we’ve done this ten, twenty times now to no apparent change?
haunted
I’m 100% certain this is glaze fuckery but the delivery of “it’s bleeding! It’s possessed.” is absolutely the best thing
Bad paint?
That’s a Time Bomb/Biohazard!!!
The glaze on the inside and outside of the Jug has developed cracks which when the Water is added causes the darker red clay under the white glaze to absorb the water. This in turn makes the Jug “Sweat” or “Bleed”. But it also compromises the integrity of the Jug as the Clay inside is becoming soggy as it absorbs the water. It’s also a breeding ground for Bacteria and Mold as the Clay can’t properly dry inside the glaze.
So it’s either going to fall apart and shatter into a bizillion little pieces.
Or it’s going to become a rancid smelling object that would Poison anything that Drinks/Absorbs the water put inside it.
So it’s cursed
But like
Scientifically cursed
Most curses are science we don’t understand
“most curses are science we don’t understand” woah ok there pal there’s no need to crash through half my reality and light it on fire like calm down
Happy lunar landing day! I decided to spend some time baking and make a cake to celebrate! :)
It’s half vanilla and half chocolate cake with homemade buttercream and homemade wineberry jam in the middle- all the components I tasted along the way were delicious, so I’m looking forward to eating it tonight. (I’ll reblog this with more pictures later)
Phrase taken from this post by @bunjywunjy tis a wonderful image and Ive laughed every time I saw it today, so I put it on a cake :))
Currently thinking about how both Hunter and Philip were raised in religious cults, but the difference is… Hunter was never happy to be the Golden Guard, the part of this cult, he had no *actual* close person who he could rely on, and when he found friends outside the cult, he changed his mind, understanding how fucked up it is.
But Philip was actually happy while being in the cult because he had someone - and it was Caleb who was with him from the start and he wanted this happiness to last forever, so he never changed his mind and his hatred towards the opponents(witches) of the cult was only growing, because they(Evelyn) “took” his only loved person away, while Hunter found the loved people in the “opponents” of the cult.
My style isn’t usually great for fanart, but I just watched The Owl House and I figured this horrible bird tube would be a good fit to render in full horrifying detail!
(Go watch The Owl House if you haven’t! It’s great!)
Hey OP I just shared this with the art director of owl house who adores it
Hell yeah! Give them my thanks for helping create such a cool show :)
